TRUSTED BY:
You are the safe pair of hands.
You are the one people ring when it has gone wrong.
You feel the room before anybody has spoken.
You are the one who stays steady at the hospital and the funeral and the parents' evening, and everybody around you knows it.
And you want to walk out of a hard conversation and leave it in the room.
You want to sleep through the night, and feel the answer in your body before your head starts arguing with it.
You want to put your hands on yourself at eleven at night and relax, without a podcast, a glass of wine, or another healer's diary opening up in three weeks.
That woman is not someone else.
You now have a practice, and it belongs to you forever.
You have already tried the breathing app, the journal and the long walk.
They work while you are doing them, and they stop working the moment life speeds up again.
The reason is simple.
Every one of those things speaks to your mind, and your mind was never the problem.
Your body is the one holding the tension, and it does not respond to being talked to. That’s why therapy gives awareness but everything stays the same.
Your body responds to touch.
Reiki works through your hands, the same way a massage does. The difference is that you are the one with the hands, using life force energy, so you never wait for an appointment again.
You stop carrying everyone else's weight home with you, and you learn how to hold and move energy within minutes.
Here's What Changes:
- You calm yourself down in ten minutes, at your desk, in the car, or in bed at 3am
- You sleep more deeply, and get back to sleep faster when you wake in the night
- You put your hands on a headache, a tight chest or a knotted stomach, and you feel the tension soften
- You stop replaying the conversation at 2am, because your body has metabolised it
- You come home from a difficult day and clear it off you before the evening starts
- You leave other people's stress with them instead of adding it on to your burden
- You trust your gut on a decision instead of being stuck in overthinking
- You place your hands on your children, your partner and your animals and they feel the healing
- You have a practice that is completely yours and costs nothing to use
"Once the student is ready, the teacher appears, and that is exactly what happened when I found Bonita. I was in a deep state of emotional grief, and through her Reiki teachings she helped me to truly understand myself even better. Bonita's wisdom resonates so deeply, it is as if she intuitively knows what you need.
I'm now in the Divine Feminine programme to go even deeper, and every day I'm learning practical, powerful tools to reconnect with my body, because the body truly does tell all."
- Roxane, Reiki Levels 1, 2 and Master, inside Divine Femme
"I sincerely believe it has changed my life. The amount of knowledge that has been passed down to me from Bonita was sacred. What a wonderful teacher!!
I recommend it to anyone who is walking their first steps in the energy path or has loads of experience."
- Ana Fonseca, Reiki Levels 1, 2 and Master, inside Divine Femme & Empress
What Reiki Actually Is
Level 1 initiates you into Reiki.
In plain terms, I give you the tools to open the connection so the energy runs through your hands whenever you activate it.
It happens once. And you keep it for life.
This is the Japanese line, taught the way it was taught in Japan.
Not a Westernised version of it, and not a weekend certificate with a logo on it. The techniques you learn here are the ones Usui taught, passed down through my teacher to me, and now to you.
Then you use it.
Hands on your chest while the kettle boils.
Hands on your stomach before a call you are dreading.
Hands on your head at midnight when you should have been asleep two hours ago.
"I appreciate Bonita's approach in honoring the true Japanese lineage, which is rare in the local reiki scene. Bonita is passionate about staying close to tradition and keeping Reiki honest, pure, and close to the source.
Thank you Bonita for this lifelong gift of Reiki knowledge and attainment."
- Raisa Cuevas, Reiki Levels 1 and 2
What's Inside:
The training, watch at your own pace
✔ Where Reiki came from and the five principles it runs on
✔ How energy moves through the body, and what is happening when you feel heavy, wired or flat
✔ The Western and Japanese chakras, explained simply and practically
✔ Exactly where to place your hands, and why, for yourself and for others
✔ The traditional Japanese techniques from the original Usui lineage
✔ How to know Reiki is working, and what the heat, tingling and heaviness in your hands means
✔ Real client examples, so you can see it working in ordinary lives
✔ How to fit ten minutes of Reiki into a day that is already full
Your attunement This is the moment Reiki becomes yours. It is included in the course, it happens once, and it does not expire.
The practice Most trainings only cover 12 positions. I give you the full 26-position sequence. I walk you through every placement - three minutes on each - and explain the language of that specific body part, so you understand what your physical tension is actually trying to say. Yours for life.
Your full manual Everything from the training, written down, so you are not scrubbing back through videos to find a hand position when you need it.
The student community Where you compare notes with women in the same lineage and practise on each other.
Your Level 1 certificate, naming your lineage
Not a logo from a trade body.
In the 21 days after your attunement, your body is running an upgrade.
Some students sleep differently within a week.
Some feel emotional without knowing why.
Some feel nothing at all for 10 days and then notice one morning that the thing that usually triggers them no longer does.
The course tells you exactly what to expect and what each sensation means, so nothing that comes up catches you off guard.
Who This is For:
This is for you if you feel the room before anyone speaks, if you are the one everybody rings when it goes wrong, and if you are tired of having to book someone every time you need to come back to yourself.
This is also for you if you want to work with others.
Therapists, coaches, Ayurveda practitioners, nurses, bodyworkers, pilates and yoga teachers take this and find it deepens everything they were already doing.
If you want to treat paying clients professionally, Level 1 is where that path begins.
Level 2 is what qualifies you to work with clients and send Reiki at a distance, and it sits waiting in your account the moment you are ready.
Bonita Choi O'Neill
I am a 4th generation Usui Reiki Master Teacher, trained in both the Japanese and Western lineages that trace directly back to Mikao Usui.
I have taught Reiki in person for over ten years.
Across my practice I have worked closely with hundreds of students and clients, and supported more than 1,800 people in wider rooms than this one.
This course is that same training, so you can do it from your own front room in Sydney or Amsterdam or Stockholm.
Clients invest €5,000 a month to work with me in my highest-tier spaces, and this traditional Japanese practice is the root of everything I do.
You receive the same depth of traditional knowledge in Level One, passed directly into your hands for life.
