Reiki Bundle: Level One + Level Two

Reiki Level One, Shoden

You are about to learn how to settle yourself in ten minutes, with your own two hands, for the rest of your life.

Here is what happens next. You get the full training straight away and watch it whenever suits you. Your attunement is included, it happens once, and from then on the energy runs through your hands. You practise the full sequence, 26 positions, three minutes on each, with me walking you through every one.

By the end you can calm yourself down without booking anyone, sleep more deeply, and leave other people's stress with them instead of carrying it home.

You keep all of it. There is nothing to renew and nothing to attend.

Reiki Level Two, Okuden

The moment your enrolment is complete, you receive instant access to your training portal. Here is how we step into the work:

  • Instant Training Access: Dive straight into the full curriculum and downloadable reference manual. Learn at your own pace from wherever you are in the world.

  • Your Live Okuden Initiation: You will schedule your live attunement to activate the three sacred symbols in your field. Included in the course, done once, yours for life.

  • 21-Day Guided Integration: Step-by-step practice to master each symbol—so you know exactly how, when, and why to apply them without second-guessing.

Bonita Choi O'Neill

I am a 4th generation Usui Reiki Master Teacher, trained in both the Japanese and Western lineages that trace back to Mikao Usui. I have taught Reiki in person for over ten years, worked closely with hundreds of students and clients, and supported more than 1,800 people across my practice.

This is that same training, so you can do it from wherever you are.
